Opportunity To Grow Your Career There are plenty of jobs out there. The question is whether any of them will help you grow in your career? Will you be challenged by teammates to achieve your potential? Or are they roles that will ask you to do more of what you've already mastered. At Fictiv, you'll be surrounded by supportive teammates who will push you to be your best through their curiosity and passion.
Impact In This Role
Fictiv is seeking a hands-on, deeply technical Engineering Manager to lead our NetSuite team. This is not a purely people-management role. The right candidate thrives at the intersection of engineering leadership and technical craft — someone who can jump into the code to debug a complex issue, write a detailed technical design document, and then step back to coach an engineer on how to approach the problem differently.
Our NetSuite environment supports a complex, multi-subsidiary OneWorld deployment spanning multiple regions globally, serving a make-to-order custom manufacturing operation across multiple industries. The Engineering Manager will set the technical bar for the team, drive architectural decisions, and build the processes and practices that allow the engineering team to deliver at high quality and velocity.
