A successful HR Administrator candidate will have at least 1 year experience in an administrator role, ideally possessing experience directly in HR. This position collaborates closely with operational leaders and talent acquisition teams to facilitate hiring, onboarding, training, and various HR initiatives at the site level. This role serves as a liaison between leadership and employees, fostering a positive work culture consistent with URBN's core values. Schedule: KC1 D410A (Sunday - Wednesday 7:00am - 5:30pm)
