The Sendbird Revenue Operations team is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations. Revenue Operations brings together Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CX Operations, and Data Insights — together, we own the processes, systems, and analytics that power the entire lead-to-cash cycle. It's a fast-moving, high-impact function, and this role is central to how we grow.
Reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations, you'll own the monitoring and enablement of lead and pipeline delivery. We're looking for someone who really gets marketing — someone who can build the systems, processes, and workflows that help our marketing efforts thrive and scale. This role is based in our San Mateo, California office, with the team on-site Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week (3+ days). This is an IC role that owns the function, the strategy, and vendor relationships.

What you will do:
- Lead our Marketing Operations efforts, and be a partner to the Head of Demand Generation and our Marketing stakeholders.
- Manage our external MOps agency that executes our Campaign Operations.
Platform and Systems Ownership
- Own the Marketing technology stack across various solutions, selection of new tools, and support the management of our marketing technology ecosystem (website, backend systems, measurement).
