About the job
The Senior Specialist, Social Media drives the digital heartbeat of the Blue Bottle brand in Seoul, leading the “concept to execution” of our social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Using a deep understanding of our brand, guest behaviors, data insights, and digital culture, this role will partner closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to craft compelling narratives. You will act as the primary voice of our brand online, orchestrating everything from daily community engagement to high-impact influencer campaigns. We are looking for a passionate digital storyteller and strategic thinker who is equally driven by delighting customers, elevating our brand visibility, and achieving commercial goals through innovative social engagement.
This position is based in Seoul and reports to the Brand Director, Korea.
