We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
About the Role:
Applied Intuition is looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to lead the coordination, systems, and process infrastructure behind our recruiting function. This is a hands-on role: you will manage a team of recruiting coordinators, own the day-to-day health of our recruiting systems, and build the operational strategy that lets recruiting scale cleanly as the business grows.
You will work cross-functionally with Recruiting Teams and People Operations to make sure the strategy and processes you build benefit every team across the greater People organization, not just recruiting. You are as comfortable defining an operational strategy as you are getting into the weeds of an ATS workflow or a background check exception, and you build things in a way that will hold up as we grow — including the documentation and data hygiene a publicly traded company needs.
