As our Growth Development Manager at Youfoodz, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Product and Growth at our Chippendale office in Sydney, you will lead the identification, testing, and scaling of our next major business horizons.
This role offers the autonomy to innovate our established D2C subscription channel while pioneering entirely new avenues in the B2B and B2B2C spaces. We are looking for an entrepreneurial strategist with strong commercial acumen who thrives on data-driven decision-making. From day one, you will move with agility, balancing strategic vision with the execution needed to expand our brand footprint and make a highly visible, lasting impact.
You will…
- Steer and scale the Youfoodz Government Subsidy business on shopify
- Proactively identify and scope new channels, commercial models or ways of working where Youfoodz can “win” and expand its Total Addressable Market (TAM); and model the unit the economics
- Monitor market penetration and size for different customer segments (B2B and B2C); educate senior leaders on both opportunities and risks over a short and medium-term horizon
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new channel, feature or partnership launches from end-to-end; ensure delivery on metrics and keep stakeholders informed of progress
- Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors, auditors and key industry stakeholders and coordinate across functional teams to operationalise & execute on business opportunities
- Work closely with cross-functional partners across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, Food Safety, Product & Technology teams to ensure smooth execution for each initiative
