About the role
The AV Service Sales Coordinator supports Electrosonic's service sales and box sales activity from quote request through order entry, purchasing coordination, logistics follow-up, and billing readiness. This role helps keep customer requests, internal records, vendor activity, purchase orders, and equipment fulfillment moving accurately and on time.
This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up, clear written communication, and the ability to coordinate across Sales, Service Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and technical teams in a remote environment.
What you'll do
Key Responsibilities
Quoting & Sales Support
- Prepare and manage quotes for AV equipment, parts, box sales, and service-related requests using established internal processes and systems.
- Support customer portal activity for equipment requests, quote submissions, box sales, purchase order follow-up, and required documentation.
- Review incoming requests for needed details such as part numbers, quantities, pricing, ship-to information, required dates, and customer purchasing instructions.
- Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders on quote approvals, documentation, and next steps.
