Operations Coordinator, REMOTE
The Outbound Referrals team at Morgan & Morgan is responsible for referring cases to our referral partners, ensuring our clients receive the best possible representation. Our national brand and advertising return cases across a variety of practice areas and jurisdictions that we refer out to the nation’s top law firms for various reasons. We are looking to build out our Referrals team with a Central and Western US Operations Coordinator.
The Operations Coordinator will work closely with Regional Managers to manage referral volume for this region. This includes assigning the daily flow of leads to various partner firms, ensuring partners are providing critical data and documentation, updating firm records, assisting with various strategies / policies, and helping us stay compliant with ethics requirements. From time to time, the assistant will participate in referral partner meetings with the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, highly independent, technologically competent, resourceful individual with exceptional organizational skills.
- Maintain daily flow of referrals to referral partner firms for entire region.
- Track and report compliance / ethics data for Regional Manager and Referrals Department Compliance Attorney.
- Support Regional Manager with keeping all case agreement records up-to-date.
- Support accounting staff with payment compliance by facilitating communication with partners.
- Build and maintain weekly / monthly progress reports to ensure partners are adhering to best practices playbook.
