JOB SUMMARY:
This role is a senior technology leadership position within the CIO organization accountable for the end-to-end delivery, integration, and transformation of enterprise technology capabilities. Operating within the First Line of Defense (1LOD), this role owns both the execution of strategic technology initiatives and the ongoing operational performance, risk, and control outcomes for assigned capabilities, platforms, or programs. This position serves as a Technology Delivery & Transformation Leader, responsible for bridging business strategy, enterprise architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, and operations to ensure solutions are delivered securely, reliably, and in alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations. The role combines program leadership, technology execution, and operating model ownership, with accountability for translating strategic priorities into scalable, measurable, and sustainable outcomes across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives, including planning, execution, implementation, stabilization, and transition to steady-state operations, with accountability for schedule, quality, risk, and business outcomes.
- Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across architecture, engineering, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and business teams.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture, engineering, security, and resiliency standards, overseeing design, integration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Establish and validate operational readiness and service integration, including support models, SLAs, monitoring, documentation, and clear ownership for ongoing operations.
- Own technology risk and control execution within the First Line of Defense (1LOD), ensuring integration of control lifecycle activities and compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and information security policies.
- Drive audit and exam readiness, including identification, tracking, and remediation of issues through closure.
- Define and manage operating models, KPIs, and KRIs to measure delivery performance, operational health, and risk posture, providing clear executive-level reporting on outcomes and risks.
