Ticket Creation: Managing tickets for proactive network alerts, change requests, inquiries, and level 1 configuration changes.
Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving basic network issues reported by end-users or monitoring tools, adhering to established procedures.
Circuit Troubleshooting: Reporting circuit-related problems to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and collaborating for resolution.
Tool Maintenance: Ensuring the upkeep and accuracy of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Network Management Systems (NMS) tools.
