What You'll Do
Researches innovative data integration solutions to solve complex business and interoperability challenges across the health system. Designs, develops, and maintains data integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange. Automates manual data processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support data-driven decision-making. Monitors data integrations for performance, reliability, and data quality. Works independently to make solid business decisions with minimal supervisor support. May lead other data integration analysts on a team.
Requirements
- Candidates must be physically located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Oklahoma to qualify.
- Candidates must be able to attend new hire orientation in-person on the designated orientation date.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years experience; or equivalent combination of experience and/or education
- 2 years development/database experience with object oriented programming/relational database
