Role SummaryAs a Social Media Innovator, you will transcend the role of a traditional content executor. Working alongside our marketing and content teams, you will actively design, test, and optimize social media strategies for two distinct brand identities: the authoritative B2B voice of CrescentRating and the vibrant, B2C consumer voice of HalalTrip. In this role, AI is a catalyst for original creative thought and driver of operational and workflow efficiency. We expect high-level human guidance, meticulous quality reviews, and active model training to ensure automated tools accurately reflect our standards. You will own this human-in-the-loop workflow—leveraging modern tech to streamline administrative heavy lifting, while relying on your strategic intellect, creative storytelling, and deep cultural empathy to maintain strict brand alignment across our global community.Key Responsibilities
- Dual-Brand Strategy & Alignment: Architect and manage distinct, highly tailored content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook for both the CrescentRating (B2B) and HalalTrip (B2C) brand identities, ensuring uncompromising quality and strict adherence to cultural nuances.
- Human-in-the-Loop AI Integration: Actively leverage AI tools to supercharge content ideation, research, and operational workflows, while providing rigorous human review, copy-editing, and model training to ensure zero compromise on our authentic brand voice.
- Data-Driven Pivoting: Track performance metrics—including reach, engagement, and content performance—not just to report, but to extract actionable insights and rapidly pivot strategies based on what the data demands.
- Agile Innovation: Go beyond standard execution by continuously testing new content formats, adapting to platform algorithm shifts, and pitching innovative campaigns aligned with key moments in the Muslim travel calendar.
- Workflow Optimization: Own and optimize our social media pipeline and content calendars, finding intelligent ways to streamline scheduling and administrative tasks so your energy remains focused on high-impact storytelling.
- Community Stewardship: Monitor audience engagement and act as the frontline guardian of our brands, responding to interactions in a timely, empathetic, and highly brand-appropriate manner.Working Details
