Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical architecture, design, and roadmap for M365 solutions
Champion M365 services and solutions with business and IT stakeholders
Work closely with internal teams in delivering M365 projects and tasks
Solicit feedback from stakeholders and measure effectiveness to promote continuous improvement.
Develop low-code solutions as required to support M365 services
Provide L3 technical support as needed
Assist in mentoring team members in resolving technical issues and developing technical skills.
Assist in developing internal knowledge base and training materials
Follow Microsoft Roadmap to support evergreen change and ensure service stability
Perform other duties as assignedRequirements:
Broad technical knowledge of M365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, Power Platform, and Exchange.
Minimum 3 years experience working with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, Function Apps, Azure Resource Management, and Azure Automation
