By leveraging automation and AI, it enables businesses to manage interactions, capture and nurture leads, and handle operations more efficiently, ultimately supporting growth and allowing teams to focus on higher-value activities.About the RoleWe’re looking for a strategic and performance-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) with strong expertise in Paid Media and SEO to manage client relationships, drive marketing performance, and support long-term account growth.This is not a traditional support-focused CSM role. We need someone who already understands digital marketing strategy and performance metrics across PPC and SEO and can confidently lead client conversations without requiring training on core concepts.You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, partnering closely with internal Paid Media and SEO teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business results. Success in this role will be measured by client retention, campaign performance, account growth, and overall customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesClient Success & Retention
- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts with a focus on retention, growth, and long-term partnership.
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, confidently discussing Paid Media and SEO performance, recommendations, and business impact.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, translating campaign data into actionable insights and growth strategies.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively identify opportunities to improve client outcomes.
- Identify risks, performance concerns, or retention challenges early and implement solutions proactively.Paid Media & SEO Strategy Oversight
- Partner closely with internal Paid Ads and SEO teams to align strategies with client goals and KPIs.
