Shawn McLoughlin is the Director of Sales at Capcon Networks LLC, an ISP that provides internet connectivity solutions, often in hard to reach places. Capcon serves broadband network operators and eRate institutions, and has been in business for 10 years. The company is a small but fast growing team with a customer first mentality and a clearly defined culture. They work hard, fast, and smart, and expect excellence in their interactions with customers and fellow team members.
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is confident, proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable supporting a fast moving sales leader. This person must be able to pivot between big picture priorities and detailed sales process tasks while keeping communication clear, organized, and timely.

- Own your roleAs our assistant, you will support the Director of Sales by helping remove bottlenecks, maintain responsiveness, and keep repetitive sales and administrative tasks moving forward.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Director of Sales' inbox and helping screen messages that need a response but do not require his direct input
- Supporting sales related administrative tasks and follow through
- Moving paperwork through the sales process
- Gathering final order details and helping ensure information is complete
- Sending quote requests to the Quote Desk
- Helping maintain and prioritize the Director of Sales' to do list
- Participating in morning kickoff meetings to review priorities for the day
- Providing midday checkins to help keep priorities on track
