****Position Overview The Operations Manager will serve as a key leader responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Rhymetec. This individual will work cross-functionally with Service Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and capable of balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution.
