About the Role:** The Sr. Agile Delivery Manager serves as a strategic agile leader and delivery partner within the IT Data team known as DRIVE. This role provides advanced support to leadership and agile teams, drives program-level delivery excellence, and leads organizational agile transformation initiatives. The Sr. Agile Delivery Manager operates at both a detailed and executive level, owning complex, high-visibility programs while shaping the agile practices, frameworks, and environment that enable teams to deliver at scale.
This role acts as a critical bridge between technology and business stakeholders, ensuring delivery is predictable, transparent, and aligned to organizational priorities.
What You’ll Do:
- Define, implement, and continuously evolve the organizational agile framework, establishing standards, governance models, and best practices that scale across multiple teams within DRIVE
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the most complex, high-visibility programs across the organization, managing scope, timelines, risks, and executive stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent workstreams with a high degree of autonomy
