The National Sales Client Services team is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative. This team supports internal associates across Ferguson Home sales and support teams by providing timely and accurate order information. The role focuses on researching lead times, responding to ETA requests, and identifying purchase order and sourcing details to enable customer‑facing teams to deliver a positive customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, working with structured processes, and contributing in a fast‑paced, collaborative support environment.
This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to internal associates across Ferguson Home sales and support teams
- Research and respond to lead time and ETA requests submitted through internal applications
- Identify where items were ordered, including reviewing purchase orders and sourcing details
- Utilize order management systems to research order history and status
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners through written and verbal communication
