About The Role We are seeking commercially minded individuals to join as Assistant General Counsel to partner with the Chief Legal Officer, VP Deputy General Counsel, and VP Government and Regulatory Affairs to manage the legal and compliance function of the company and to provide legal support for special projects and strategic initiatives.
The Assistant General Counsel will provide complex legal guidance and advice for the company. In this position, the Assistant General Counsel will provide legal counsel on various commercial issues relevant to esVolta’s business including, operations, commercial matters, financings, project development, general corporate matters, real estate matters, M&A, regulatory and litigation matters, and other major projects and initiatives. This position reports to the Chief Legal Officer and is located remotely.
