About the Role
We're hiring a Dispo Associate to support a high-volume real estate disposition and buyer operations workflow. This is a service-first, soft-close role (not aggressive sales). You'll be the warm, reliable voice that responds to inbound buyer interest from multiple channels, gathers key info, and keeps deals moving by coordinating internal next steps in systems and SOPs.

What You'll Do
- Respond quickly to buyer inquiries from:
- Company website leads
- Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM
- Handle 80%+ of inbound calls & messages from prospective land or property buyers.
- Maintain a customer service / soft-close tone (no hard selling).
- Qualify & capture buyer details: interest level, desired property walkthroughs, cash vs. down-payment position, timeline.
