Job Summary:
The Configuration Manager establishes and enforces the configuration management (CM) framework for the ARES production program, with specific focus on Flosum-managed Salesforce metadata source control across three concurrent development streams. This is a specialized role focused on CM process governance rather than day-to-day pipeline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain the configuration management plan, including the Flosum branching strategy, metadata versioning conventions, and change control process for development teams
Define and enforce the no-manual-org-changes policy; audit Salesforce environments periodically to identify undocumented configuration drift
Maintain the Configuration Item (CI) inventory for all metadata components (e.g. custom objects, Flows, Apex classes, Permission Sets, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and Shield encryption configurations)
Support DevSecOps Engineer with metadata conflict resolution procedures and multi-branch merge governance Required Skills & Qualifications:
Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
