About the role
Clarity Pediatrics is reimagining pediatric chronic care, starting with ADHD. Nearly 10% of people in the US are diagnosed with ADHD, and for parents, it can feel impossible to find the right care. We are building a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic that delivers trusted care to all families. Our new clinical model is tech-enabled, backed by the best science, and has the potential to deliver exceptional health outcomes to transform a child’s trajectory. In the future, our pediatric care platform will expand rapidly to other common chronic conditions like asthma, allergies, and obesity.
We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Registered Dietitian to join our multi-disciplinary team as a part-time hourly W2. In this role, you will shape the nutrition and dietary programming at Clarity, lead group and/or individual sessions, and serve as an external ambassador for our growing platform.
What makes this role unique:
Develop Cutting-Edge Programming
Be the architect of Clarity’s nutrition and dietary curriculum. You will design evidence-based programming and protocols tailored to our families, drawing on the latest research in pediatric nutrition, family-based behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Direct Patient Impact
Lead group sessions and provide individualized dietary guidance to children and families. Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health clinicians to deliver integrated, coordinated care.
Ambassador for Clarity
Represent Clarity Pediatrics externally — at conferences, in community partnerships, on social media, and in other public forums — to grow awareness of our program and reach more families who need support.
Responsibilities:
Programming & Curriculum Development
- Develop and continuously refine Clarity’s nutrition and diet programming (ages 5–17), with a special emphasis on creating a new group-based series and/or individualized content.
- Create evidence-based educational materials, meal planning resources, and behavioral frameworks for patients and families.
