About the role
Role Overview
The BSS Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, connecting, and automating systems that run the broadband business. This is an integration and automation role, not a single-platform admin job. The engineer will live across core CRM, billing, and provisioning platforms, but the value created is in the connective tissue between them.
What You Will Do
The engineer will design, connect, and automate systems, troubleshoot system-level issues, and drive them to resolution. They will also partner with other teams to define and implement business workflows, contribute to system architecture, release planning, and performance optimization.
