What we are building
Our Integration & Architecture team designs and delivers the architectures and integrations that embed Domino into our customers’ IT landscapes. As Solution Architects, we partner with account teams and customers to scope technically sound solutions, build the integrations that make Domino work in complex enterprise environments, and feed real-world requirements back to Product — turning customer needs into secure, supportable, working solutions.
What your impact will be
- Design and deliver solution architectures that integrate Domino into customer IT landscapes across infrastructure, data, identity, and security.
- Build, test, and document new field integrations with ecosystem technologies, and enable the broader Solutions team on them.
- Partner with account and sales-engineering teams on scoping, custom demos, and proofs of concept that address real customer use cases.
- Create reproducible, well-tested artifacts — reference architectures, integration templates, runbooks — that improve delivery consistency.
- Gather field requirements and feature requests and translate them into actionable input for Product and Engineering.
- Continuously grow across cloud, Kubernetes, data, and AI/ML tooling, applying new skills directly in customer solutions.What we look for in this role
