About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to build the operational backbone of the company — internal platforms, workflow systems, and AI-powered automation for operational teams. This is not a growth, onboarding, or customer-facing product role. You’ll work on the systems that keep operations running at scale: back-office platforms, review workflows, case management, compliance operations, internal tooling, and process automation. We’re looking for someone who loves fixing operational chaos, simplifying complex workflows, and using automation and AI to eliminate repetitive manual work.

your role at xpate:
- Build and scale internal operational platforms and workflow systems.
- Identify high-impact automation opportunities across operational processes.
- Design AI-assisted workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Partner closely with operations teams to understand bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Work with engineering and data teams to ship practical automation solutions.
- Prototype and validate ideas quickly using modern AI and productivity tools.
- Define and measure operational impact: automation rate, SLA reduction, processing speed, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Continuously improve workflows based on data and real operational usage.
