The Opportunity 🚀
Carrot is building a future AI-native marketing team with a heavy focus on demand generation, and this role is at the center of it. As a GTM Engineer (Consultant), you will be the person who turns marketing strategy into operational leverage by building the agents, workflows, and automation systems that let the team move faster and compound their output over time. This is not a tooling admin role or a prompt-in-a-chat-window position. It’s a builder role for someone who ships real systems.
The mandate starts with demand generation, but is explicitly built to expand. You'll lay an agent and data foundation that extends into account-based marketing (ABM) and partner/channel selling, and that other marketing functions (content, PMM, brand) adopt as Carrot becomes an AI-native marketing org.
You will own the intersection of marketing judgment and technical execution. That means designing Clay-based enrichment and signal plays, building agentic workflows in Claude Code and n8n, and connecting them to Carrot’s marketing stack (Marketo, SFDC, Outreach, Gong) in ways that actually stick. The emphasis is on re-runnability and handoff, not one-off scripts that only you can operate.
