Role Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for leading Tektronix’s global marketing function, driving strategy, execution, and performance across all regions. The Vice President, Global Marketing leads a globally distributed organization across demand generation, product and portfolio marketing, digital marketing, brand, and marketing operations.
What You Will Do
Set global marketing strategy aligned to business priorities, customer needs, and regional growth plans. Lead a globally distributed marketing organization with clear ownership, capability development, and performance expectations. Drive demand generation and pipeline contribution in partnership with Sales, with disciplined focus on funnel performance and conversion.

Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including global scope
- Proven leadership of global marketing organizations across multiple regions (Americas, EMEAI, APAC)
- Strong track record of driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and measurable business impact
- Experience in B2B, industrial, test and measurement, or other complex technical environments preferred
- Fluency in digital marketing, analytics, and modern marketing practices
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to align marketing strategy and budgets to revenue outcomes
- Track record of building high-performing teams and developing organizational capability
