YOUR TASKS:
- You develop your customer portfolio and generate new business opportunities through digital channels, phone, and email.
- You manage an existing customer portfolio and build long-term relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- You identify, qualify, and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle until successful conversion.
- You promote SICK's products, solutions, and services by delivering solutions tailored to your customers' needs.
- You manage your sales activities in the CRM system, maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, and monitor key performance indicators.
- You analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- You collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Customer Care, Technical Support, and Field Sales teams.
- You continuously expand your knowledge of SICK's products, markets, and digital sales techniques.YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, ideally with a focus on industrial automation.
- You have initial experience in remote sales, digital sales, or B2B business development.
- Experience in sensors, industrial automation, or a comparable industrial environment is an advantage.
- You are proficient in remote selling techniques, CRM systems, and digital sales tools.
- You have strong commercial acumen along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You are organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- You combine an analytical mindset with a strong customer and results orientation and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.
- You have a good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
