Job Summary:
The Scholars Program Manager leads the execution, performance, and continuous improvement of the ECMC Scholars Program—a comprehensive college access and success initiative supporting students from high school through postsecondary completion. This role is responsible for program outcomes, scholarship operations, partner engagement, and data-driven enhancements to ensure a high-quality, scalable student experience aligned with ECMC’s mission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads end-to-end delivery and performance of the ECMC Scholars Program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and program goals.
- Oversees scholarship operations, including eligibility tracking, fund distribution, and coordination with internal and external partners.
- Drives program effectiveness through data analysis, defining KPIs, monitoring outcomes, and implementing continuous improvements.
- Manages and optimizes program systems and tools (e.g., scholarship platform, Salesforce integration) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develops and maintains program infrastructure, including onboarding materials, agreements, and resources to support sustainability and growth.
- Builds and manages relationships with school-based coordinators, postsecondary partners, and vendors to support consistent program delivery.
- Provides training, guidance, and support to high school partners to ensure strong execution of program milestones and student engagement.
