Access and Training Specialist
Summary of Position:
The Access and Training Specialist is responsible for ensuring all team members have the access, training, and readiness required to perform work efficiently and accurately. This role directly supports production by removing access barriers, delivering hands-on training, and enabling a fully assignable workforce.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end access lifecycle, including request submission, tracking, and escalation
- Monitor access gaps and proactively resolve issues before they impact productivity
- Partner with leadership to ensure all team members have appropriate system and site access
- Conduct training for site-specific workflows
- Conduct training on ROIS, VRM, data entry processes, and new systems and process updates
- Lead onboarding training for new hires
- Provide real-time coaching and support until associates are production-ready
- Ensure associates meet both requirements before assignment
- Maintain and track access to systems/sites, required trainings, and the training/access matrix for the associate and client
- Provide leadership with a “ready-to-assign” workforce view
- Partner with managers to determine associate readiness and capacity
- Identify opportunities to expand employee skillsets through cross-training
- Balance workforce capabilities across sites to reduce dependency risks
- Recommend associate access coverage across client accounts to build capacity and prevent service gaps
- Align training priorities with workload demand and pending inventory
- Perform other duties, as assigned, to ensure effective operation of the department and the Company

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, health information management, or medical records workflows
