We're hiring a proactive, results-driven Lease-Up Marketing Manager to lead marketing and operations for multifamily lease-up projects. You'll drive occupancy growth by building high-performing marketing systems, boosting property visibility, and supporting leasing operations from launch through stabilization.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with apartment lease-ups, digital marketing, property branding, lead generation, and occupancy growth strategy. You know what it takes to launch or reposition a property, generate qualified leasing leads, and improve lead-to-lease conversion through both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Core Task
- Lead marketing strategy for multifamily lease-up projects from launch through stabilization
- Build and execute marketing plans that drive occupancy growth and qualified leasing leads
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for apartment communities
- Optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local search visibility and lead generation
- Manage and update WordPress property websites and landing pages
- Coordinate listing syndication across apartment listing platforms and rental sites (ILS)
- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Support property branding, repositioning, and ongoing marketing improvements
- Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows using GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Implement AI-driven automations to improve marketing efficiency and leasing workflows
- Track campaign performance, occupancy trends, and marketing KPIs, and recommend data-backed improvements
- Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, vendors, and external marketing partners
- Support project coordination, reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks as needed
