About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to help BRINC accelerate growth at a pivotal moment for the company and the DFR industry. Reporting to the VP of Strategy and MarComms, you'll drive campaigns and marketing projects that build awareness and demand for BRINC products - from customer-win stories to product launches and more.
The right person for this role is a flexible, campaign-minded marketer who knows how to pull the right levers at the right time. You're comfortable working across creative, events, and channel resources to bring projects to life, and you're energized by fast-moving priorities rather than slowed down by them. You don't need to build everything from scratch — you need to know how to orchestrate what's available and make it count

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Strategy and MarComms to plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for BRINC products
- Own campaign execution end-to-end — from creative briefs and asset development to deployment, tracking, and optimization
