PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Workforce Development Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s workforce development programing. In addition, the Workforce Development Director will collaborate with club and school sites to establish an environment that facilitates: 1) employability of teen Club members, 2) career counseling, job readiness and job placement services, and 3) understanding financial responsibilities and independence.
