PRIMARY FUNCTION: Resource Development Director has the leadership role of developing, growing, and creating synergies to enhance revenue through fund development initiatives with emphasis on growing individual giving (annual fund and major gifts), as well as special event revenue. The RDD is a creative, collaborative leader with the ability to inspire and motivate giving, has a deep knowledge of effective corporate and foundation engagement strategies and has the desire to cultivate new donor relationships.
