The Nantucket Boys & Girls Club is seeking a strategic Chief Advancement Officer to lead the organization into its next stage of growth. This leader is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive fundraising and marketing strategy, plan, and engine to support the Nantucket Boys & Girls Club. Working collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer, the leadership team, and with the Board, this leader will build a fund development program to include major and individual gifts, foundation grants, endowment, corporate sponsorships, events, and other strategies to raise significant funds annually.
