AmeriCorps VISTA leader program is open to members who have completed at least one year of full-time service with AmeriCorps or Peace Corps. Leaders work to expand and build capacity of individual members, guiding VISTA members serving across Indian Country through their year of service. Leaders have demonstrated leadership qualities and skills during their service and are prepared to accept a new level of responsibility.
