The Senior Clubhouse Director is responsible for the overall management and operations of the entire Shadyside Clubhouse, serving as the leader of the staff and primary liaison to families, partners, and the community. The Senior Clubhouse Director is focused on creating and fostering a positive culture for staff while ensuring a safe, fun, and inclusive environment that results in a high quality Club experience for youth.
