The Chief Development Officer is the primary fundraising professional of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Iowa. The Chief Development Officer is a key leadership position, providing oversight, coordination and goal setting to develop and implement revenue generating strategies. This includes identification, cultivation and stewardship of current and prospective donors to foster long-term relationships with BGCCI.
