Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will oversee facilities, safety, finance, program execution, and community partnerships. This role is designed for a dynamic leader who aspires to grow into the CEO position, ensuring continuity of vision and impact for BGCB’s mission to empower youth and strengthen families in Central Oregon.
