The Senior Director of Program Strategy & Quality is responsible for managing and evaluating the performance of staff, strategizing and overseeing program development, and ensuring adherence to organizational quality control, standards, and best practices. The position focuses on ensuring quality across the organization in areas of curriculum, classroom environment, student behaviors, facility environments, and compliance with local, state, national and BGCA regulations and requirements.
