Granicus is looking for a “roll up your sleeves” Director of AI Transformation & Strategic Operations, to help turn AI into measurable operating impact across the company. The role is designed for a former management consultant who has moved into or is looking to move into an operating role and wants to lead AI-enabled transformation inside a scaled SaaS business. You will work directly with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
