The Role
As Market Sales Manager, you will own your market and lead your team to achieve ambitious sales targets. You’ll be responsible for building, training, and inspiring a top-tier sales team while driving performance and brand awareness in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team for your Studio and market. Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure excellence in customer engagement and sales execution.
