As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Taboola's global advertising business by ensuring the seamless execution, monitoring, and delivery of digital advertising campaigns. Working closely with Enterprise Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help drive campaign success by proactively monitoring performance, identifying issues, preparing insightful reports, and ensuring operational excellence across a high-volume portfolio.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a customer-first approach. You will collaborate with Product, Support, R&D, and Business teams to resolve campaign-related challenges, while becoming a trusted expert in Taboola's advertising platforms and tools. Success in this role requires curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years in the digital marketing and Ad technology industry with a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape, existing and emerging ad technologies, ad serving, analytics, enterprise marketing and big data
- 2+ years working directly with ad technologies such as SSP's, DMPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers
- Strong understanding of CPM, vCPM, CPC, CPCV and CPA models
- Candidate with excellent articulation and communication skill set
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to deliver as per the deadline with flawless execution
- Ability to navigate ambiguity or work with changing workflows and processes
