What We’re Looking For: If you are experienced in Network Operations or IT Technical Support, then you will be excited about the opportunity to join our Gateway Technical Operations (GTO) team as a Network Control Specialist I. In this role, you’ll contribute to the 24x7x365 monitoring of Iridium Gateways and remote site equipment to ensure timely resolution of issues and outage notifications. You will thrive in this role if you have a keen desire to learn about technology, a high aptitude for retaining new and ever-changing information, and enjoy working in a truly team-centric and first-responder type of culture.
