The Role
The Field Quality Engineer II supports quality improvement initiatives across vehicle programs by identifying, investigating, and resolving customer-impacting quality concerns. This position will support Customer Warranty and Electrical Infotainment systems, utilizing warranty data, vehicle diagnostics, customer feedback, and quality investigations to identify emerging issues, improve vehicle performance, and reduce customer-impacting defects.
