About the Role
We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to partner closely with our Head of Revenue and leadership team to drive business and go-to-market hiring across Sales, Solutions, Partnerships, Marketing, and customer-facing roles.
This role owns critical GTM searches end-to-end—from role calibration and market mapping to sourcing, closing, and process management. You’ll help identify the right profiles for an early-stage AI infrastructure company, build strong candidate pipelines, and create a high-quality recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers.
This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to recruit GTM talent in a technical, fast-moving, founder-led environment.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the Head of Revenue and GTM leadership to define hiring priorities, role requirements, and success profiles.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Partnerships, Business Development, Marketing, and other business roles.
- Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, network mapping, and direct outreach.
- Drive role calibration with hiring managers, helping clarify what “great” looks like for each search.
- Run a disciplined recruiting process from kickoff to close, including sourcing strategy, interview coordination, candidate feedback, the offer process, and closing.
- Develop strong market maps across AI, infrastructure, developer tools, SaaS, and enterprise software companies.
- Create an excellent candidate experience that reflects LlamaIndex’s technical depth, ambition, and culture.
