About the role
As an Employer Branding Designer at Surfshark, you aren't just making things look pretty — you are the visual storyteller of our culture. You’ll help us show the world (and our own company) what it’s actually like to work here, turning our principles and mission into designs that people want to engage with.
If you want to:
- Design everything that represents us as an employer, both internally and externally: from event branding and conference decks to social media posts and internal newsletters;
- Own how Surfshark looks to the people we want to hire and the people who already work here;
- Work closely with Employer Brand & other teams to turn ideas about our culture initiatives into high-quality visuals;
- Explore new ways to show off our company life and pitch your ideas to the team;
- Own the creative execution from the first draft to the final pixel, handling feedback and deadlines like a pro.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in design - you’ve been around the block and know how to handle marketing visuals;
- A portfolio that shows you think in “systems” - not just one-off designs, but a cohesive brand look;
- Technically proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) - you know them inside and out;
- A sharp eye for detail - you spot the tiny errors others miss and can explain the “why” behind your design choices;
