About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to help shape Novig's lifecycle marketing function from an early stage. You'll have the chance to expand on your own ideas, try new things without a rigid playbook, and help redefine how we connect with sports fans. As we continue to innovate how users trade sports, you'll also have a hand in how they experience it.
Who you are and what you will do
- 2-3 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Braze, Customer.io, etc.)
- You know ball — you live and breathe sports, as well as understand how everyday fans think
- Shape and execute strategy for day-to-day campaigns across email and push notifications
- Build segments using behavioral data and user attributes to keep messaging relevant
