Role Description
Form Energy is hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability and lifetime of our iron-air packs and deployed systems.This role reports into our Systems Reliability team, in Berkeley CA. As part of our Systems Reliability team, you will support reliability test development and design for reliability for several of our pack level subsystems. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!

What you'll do:
- Advise on Design for Reliability (DfR) for critical mechanical subsystems that support iron-air battery operation, participating in cross-functional design failure analyses (DFMEAs)
