In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in managing a team of Purchasing Coordinators within our International Supply Chain Operations function. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our purchase orders to suppliers across all European markets. Working closely with the local Supply Chain teams, and Procurement this role will supervise the generation and distribution of purchase orders, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and optimize a team of Purchasing Coordinators handling pan-European purchasing operations across key categories (e.g., Protein, Grocery, Packaging).
- Inbound Supply Chain: Manage end-to-end category operations, including supplier performance, forecasting, procurement, and delivery tracking.
- KPI Accountability: Hold final accountability for critical metrics such as OTIF, waste mitigation, ASN compliance, and customer error reduction.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with international supply chain cluster teams to align on strategic initiatives and establish robust daily operational governance.
